Plain-language summary. We do one thing on this site: build small web tools and reply to inquiries. We collect only what you send us, and we only use it to reply.

What we collect

When you email us through the Send brief link or directly at hello@planimora.com, we receive your email address, the URL of the page you want to improve (if you choose to share it), and the brief description of the tool you have in mind. We don't track or store anything you don't actively send.

How we use it

Only to reply to your inquiry — to write back with a scope, a price range, a timeline, and any clarifying questions. We don't add you to a mailing list. We don't pass your details to anyone outside Planimora.

What we don't do

We don't send marketing emails. We don't share your inquiry with third parties. We don't run automated profiling or scoring on the people who write to us. We don't sell data — there is no data product to sell.

How to delete your data

Write to hello@planimora.com with the subject "delete my data" and we'll permanently remove your inquiry and any related correspondence from our inbox within a few business days, then reply once to confirm.

Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how people use our pages — which calculators get visitors, how far they scroll, whether they click through to /studio. GA4 is loaded only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner; until then nothing about your visit is sent to Google.

Cookies set after you accept

Two first-party cookies: _ga (browser identifier, expires after 13 months) and _ga_V9R6PN3QYP (session state, expires after 13 months). No third-party advertising cookies. Google Signals and ad personalization are turned off in our GA4 admin settings.

Data collected (only after consent)

Anonymized IP address, user-agent string, page paths visited, time on page, scroll depth, and the named events listed in our event spec (calc_loaded, studio_link_click, etc.). No name, email, payment data, or other personally identifying information passes through GA4 — your contact details only reach us when you choose to email hello@planimora.com.

Who processes the data

Google Ireland Limited acts as the data processor for visitors from the EU/EEA/UK; Google LLC for visitors elsewhere. Data is held on Google infrastructure under their standard contractual clauses. Retention: 14 months, after which event-level data is automatically deleted.

Your rights and how to opt out

You can: (1) reject analytics on your first visit — we set no _ga cookie and send no events; (2) clear your decision and re-decide via the Manage cookies button below; (3) request a copy or deletion of any data we hold about you by writing to hello@planimora.com. We honor browser DNT (Do Not Track) signals and treat them as a reject.
